Back view of the side panel where I "winterize" my Concours by blocking off the second vent from the front. This prevents the cold wind and rain from blowing through to my toesies. I used duct tape that was lying around to secure a rectangular piece of foam that is used to line tool chest drawers. I did both the left and right sides. You'll want to leave the front vent open to allow air to the mufflers. I also use the Side Air Deflectors from Kawasaki to give me a bigger pocket of still air and it also blocks off the rear vent.
